All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.



We always do our best to carefully package products to avoid any damages in transit, however if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit, all items must be inspected within 7days of receiving and customer service must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Images and descriptions of defects/damages must be provided for review to: shop [at] africaisthefuture [dot] com



We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at shop [at] africaisthefuture [dot] com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn & unwashed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.



 



Shipping & Delivery



Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7 business days for delivery.



All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which includes the tracking number and link to track your order.



Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
